Overview:

The Netware Account was created for Student access. Students can save files on the server from a PC or Mac. It is essentially a Novell Network Server on our Campus in which all currently enrolled students have an account. There is a limit to how much space is available on each individual accounts.

Use:

On startup a dialog box will appear in which you enter your name and password. The naming convention is your first initial, middle initial and first 6 characters of your last name. The password is initially setup with your student Identification number and should be changed.

To access your server space:
Sign in and double click to open the red filing cabinet normally located on the right side of the desktop.

You will have to scroll through the next window to find the first initial folder and double click with the mouse to open it. Double click the folder with your middle initial to find the folder to save to. This folder will contain your login name.

Be sure to restart or shut down your computer before leaving it to keep others from accessing your server space.
